You will need: 1 pair of 12mm (USA17) Knitting Needles for Scarf. 1 12mm (USA17) 40cm Circular needle and 1 10mm (UK000 – USA15) 40cm Circular Needle (or longer length if magic loop method is preferred) for Hat.
